Welcome for researchers

The Forum sees itself as a hub for researchers from across disciplines who are interested in harnessing evidence and convening stakeholders to spark insights and generate action. We seek to help researchers to break log jams related to health issues and study ways to move research knowledge into action.

We offer opportunities to advance research, using the Forum as a laboratory for study, and to enhance the learning environment for undergraduate and graduate students, the next generation of influential doers and thinkers. As we draw influential doers and thinkers to campus, faculty can meet them through our public and by-invitation events.

If you are a researcher, you can become involved in a variety of ways:

• Host a faculty-led dialogue or debate. This series of events address the scientific issues arising in the study of pressing health challenges.
• Invite guest speakers from the frontiers of health research to give a Public Talk to bring new approaches or new information to engaged general audiences.
• Nominate a Visiting Leader to enhance collaborations and spark new research.
• Act as a "key informant" to provide input and suggest sources of data and/or research evidence about the issues covered in our evidence briefs, or participate in Stakeholder Dialogues.
